All Oil Hound SA models were built with either Blue or Green carbon steel tubs.
Unless they have been updated, they can be identified by the longer Allen Bradley
Micro Logix 1000 PLC and 2 small relays that control up and down travel of the bucket.
There are currently no drawings available for these units. However the schematic for the
Model SS2012 Cabinet below is quite similar. The main difference being the replacement
of the ML1000 PLC with a ML1100.

All Oil Hound SS Models are built with a stainless steel tub and powder coated internal hardware.
There are several physical layout differences in the form of component placement and wire routing in units
built between the SS2012 model and todays SS2014 production. However, there is primarily only one important
difference in deciding which schematic applies to your unit. That being the removal of the relay pair
controlling the up and down movement of the bucket. If your unit still employs these relays, you
should use the Model SS2012 Cabinet schematic below.

If your SS Model does not have the relays mentioned above, then it is either a upgraded SA, SS2012 or an SS2014
model. in which case the Model SS2014 Cabinet schematic linked below should apply to your machine. |
